ALLERGY WARNING

If you’re allergic to dogs/cats I advise you to commission us with caution.
There is a cat and non-hypoallergenic dog breed that live inside and while these two never come into contact with any of the suits, materials or enter the room which they're made, there is a  hypoallergenic breed ( Toy Poodle), which does occasionally sleep in the room while we work.
We advise that if you are extremely allergic to dogs/cats please proceed with caution.


REFUNDS

If you should consider cancelling your commission at any time after materials have been purchased, you will not receive your deposit back.
However we will supply a partial refund depending on the progress made on your commission.
Example: If we’ve finished 30% of your commission you’ll receive 70% back (not including the 30% deposit)

If your commission was cancelled due to a fault on our part you will receive a full refund including the deposit.

But if your commission was cancelled due to a fault on your end, due to violation of conduct, rude or inappropriate behaviour, you will not receive your deposit back.


PAYMENT

All payments are done through PayPal (some exceptions may apply)

We require a non refundable down payment of 30%, which will go towards ordering in fabrics and materials.

We are more than happy to offer payment plans after the down payment has been completed.
Each payment plan is personalized for the individual commissioner.
Our payment plans are monthly, and our lowest payment plan is $200.AUD per month.
We are fairly flexible when it comes to a payment (other than the down-payment) being slightly behind, however is a payment is well overdue, we will simply put a commissioners work on hold until payments have caught back up.

Note that a Fursuit will not be shipped out until all payments have been completed.


WARRANTY

If your suit arrives to you with broken parts or is ill fitted, contact us right away and we’ll organize for it to be shipped back and fixed.
If this is the case we’ll cover shipping costs.

All of our suits come with a 6 month guarantee, if your suit breaks or pops a seem within this time frame, we will happily fix it for you or if you’d prefer we can supply you with advice and tutorials on how to fix it.
The commissioner pays for shipping to us and we pay return shipping back to the commissioner.

Please keep in mind that the warranty is no longer applicable if damage is caused by: rough housing, misuse, modifications that don’t involve mending a suit, NSFW activities, a buyer taking incorrect measurement or a faulty DTD.
If you wish to use your suit for NSFW activities that is more than fine, however the warranty will not longer apply if you do.


TURN AROUND TIME

From taking on your commission till completion will take roughly 6-9 months depending on a suits complexity, design and how many commissions we work on at a time.
It is important to note that we get all of our materials imported from over seas, because of this it usually takes 2-3 weeks before we can work on anything other than foaming the head.
We’ll let you know as soon as we order all your fabrics and when they all arrive.


SHIPPING

Shipping prices are not included in the Fursuit prices and the commissioner will be required to pay for shipping.

All shipping includes tracking.
Note that these estimated shipping prices do not include insurance which we recommend getting, if you’d like extra cover or express shipping let us know and we can give you a rough quote.
(Shipping prices can't be confirmed until a suit is completed and weighed)

Shipping within Australia on average takes 7-20 days depending on location.
Shipping internationally on average takes 7-20 days depending on location.

Please note the following prices are just the average prices shipping has cost in the past to give you a rough idea, shipping prices can vary depending on the size of the suit, weight of the suit and the location which the suit is being posted to.
Shipping within Australia: $20-$90.AUD
Shipping internationally: $60-$120.AUD


REQUIREMENTS

If you’re getting a Fursuit, depending on the type of suit, we may require you supply us with:
A tracing of your hand on paper, with all fingers spread out.
Tracings of your foot on paper.
And if you're getting shoepaws we will need a new pair of runners that fit you comfortably (can be cheap)
And a  Duct-Tape-Dummy.

We request that when you make your DTD to be sure not to make it too tight, as that will affect your Fursuit.
When you’re finished making it, it’s always a good idea to move your arms and legs a little to make sure nothing is too tight and constricts your movement.
Your DTD is the base of your Fursuit, so it is wise to go the extra mile in making sure it fits you well.
Before sending us your DTD we ask that you tape it back together.
Please keep in mind that in most cases a DTD will be destroyed in making a Fursuit.


AGE

We only take on commissions with those who are 18 and over.
However we are more than happy to give out quotes and answer any questions for those who are younger.

We're also happy to sell pre-made heads and sometimes partials to those who're 16 and over, as our pre-made heads are made to fit most sizes.

While we don’t plan on changing our Fursuit prices, if the cost of materials, shipping and currency difference between $USD-$AUD changes we may have to alter our prices in the future.
I doubt that will happen for a very, very long time if at all, but please be aware of this if you get a quote and wait a few years before ordering a commission.


WHAT WE DON’T MAKE

We do not make suits of copy righted characters.
We do not make NSFW suits, however if you choose to use your suit for NSFW activities that is your choice and we have no problem with that.
We do not make MLP suits.
We currently don't make separate fursuit parts, we only make what's listed.
